Do not tell me that the island - you mean the big island?
Or, Oahu, Maui, right? Check http://www.weddingministers.com/Listings ...
and you should be able to find a minister and part of the island of choice.

On Kauai, I personally use and recommend Rev. Kilborn - http://homepages.hawaiian.net/zx/Southsh ...
It's a great guy who is everything you need to be responsible - even pictures for you, you make a cake, etc. and also the church and its setting in the Japanese Garden (my choice is excellent). I have their services for 11 years and can highly recommend it! We liked it so much, we went to services chaurch next Sunday, in which he leads us into his community. Just a wonderful person and pleasant, and it is a Hawaiian, too!

It is much easier than in December on Maui and do it again in February in Maui, with a wedding planner, travel agent or consultant. Even if not as a wedding gift consultant or travel agent can enhance the conditions for the hotel you want, Flight (airline) and time of departure / arrival, visit the window of the peak or low season, etc.

Packages, these rates are not set in stone, more or less as it is hidden Office (The Hyatt charges $ 20 a night, I think, for the activities of fees or do not use them or not) is not connected to the financing and rent a car, etc. So, take a gamble do it yourself.

You may notice a pleasant holiday travel agency * Used in December and it was great.

or use a wedding coordinator, and I can give you information about Mines Lahiani-Maui, Hawaii, when you go there.

get a planner, if you live in Hawaii. or otherwise, will be a disaster. But good luck to all the planners sooo worth what I paid:)
