Stay away from the price - why not just spend money. There are a number of inexpensive shooters for a reasonable quality. You can find these names with brands such as Tasco, Bushnell, Simmons, Barska, BSA, etc. know that offer what each of the brands. I generally avoid to vorzuarbeiten series of favorable areas, and from there. You should be able to adequate housing, want to find the modest scope of variables (3-9x40) each of these brands under $ 100 without buying junk. You will not get quality Leupold or Nikon, but you do not pay these prices are not.
Almost the same advice applies to identifying areas, but are not subject to abuse than Mira's house. Again, you can think of a decent margin of about $ 100 or slightly more. What do you want to give to areas of low-cost locations, the image resolution and clarity at higher magnification. Since the quality of the optics, that is not with domains that offer 60x-90x range increases becauonly pay for a series of power is worth nothing.
I was very happy with my Celestron Ultima 65 Spotting Scope satisfied. This is a 18-55x65mm zoom with a range of 45-degree angle. Celestron does not receive much publicity in the shooting, but they have made different models and quality telescopes for several decades. I had this about three years and use it consistently in the range. Was very happy with it. As already mentioned, the solution is a little fuzzy in the long-term goals of maximum expansion, but 40x is very crisp.

We hope that this was a help.
Antonio Sorry, but cheap and good are mutually exclusive terms when it comes to optics.
Areas, the best friend Simmons. There are Leupold, but they offer a reasonable value for the cost.

BSA offers a wide range of areas. I have almost all the lines, but also for affordability, the BSA is following the path for the price and performance. The only one I ZEISS AS is better, they are not cheap.
